Before founding Glam Aesthetics Lounge, Roxanne devoted 12 years to her first passion and love, Oncology Nursing. During those years, she cared for patients through some of life’s most challenging moments, developing a deep well of compassion, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering dedication to excellence. These same qualities now define her work in aesthetics, where she blends advanced medical expertise with a refined artistic eye to deliver natural, transformative results. As the owner and lead injector at Glam Aesthetics Lounge, Roxanne’s mission is to help every client feel confident, empowered, and effortlessly beautiful.
Roxanne is perhaps best known for the genuine, lasting relationships she builds with her clients. Many have trusted her for years, returning again and again valuing her honesty, warmth, and dedication to making them feel comfortable and completely at ease.

Whitney Wiser, LME
Licensed Master Esthetician, Owner, Brow and Soul
Known by her clients as a true magician in aesthetics, Whitney has a gift for skillfully combining a wide range of treatment modalities to address every variety of skin concern. From treating mild to severe acne to improving the appearance of stubborn acne scarring, she approaches each client’s skin with both technical mastery and a personalized touch.
Her philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that true beauty begins from within. Whitney takes great pride in creating results that not only enhance her clients’ outward appearance but also boost their inner confidence. Over the years, she has built lasting relationships through her warm, approachable nature and her commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Clients are instantly drawn to Whitney’s positive energy and fun-loving spirit, and they leave her treatment room feeling both comfortable and completely rejuvenated.
Although creating beautiful, bold, and stunning brows is her specialty, she also has twenty years of experience in specialized facial treatments, customized chemical peels, skin tightening lasers, and laser hair removal. Whitney is a MAGICIAN at combining various skin treatment modalities to treat every variety of skin conditions and specifically specializes in treating mild to severe acne, including acne scarring. She is a big believer in creating beauty from the inside out and values the friendships she has created through her many years in aesthetics. Shellie Crossett, MSN, FNP, NP-C

Shellie R. Crossett, MSN, FNP, NP-C, completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University and later went on to train at the University of Southern Indiana as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Shellie has practiced as a nurse practitioner for over 10 years and loves working with patients.
Shellie loves spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling, snow skiing, water skiing, golfing and relaxing.
Shellie is committed to providing the best patient experience by practicing ethically, compassionately, and works very hard at earning clients trust. She listens to the patient's individual needs and strives to provide them with excellent clinical practices. Shellie has a passion for finding ways to help people feel, appear more healthy and confident about themselves.
